Join Heather Promise for a look into the ancient text, Hatha Yoga Pradipika. Having been established through the centuries as the definitive work on Hatha Yoga, this text gives us great insight into the subject. This introductory workshop is based on the English translation by Brian Dana Akers and includes: lecture, experiential practices, and meditation. Yoga teachers can receive 8 hours of Yoga Alliance CEUs (Yoga Philosophy, Lifestyle, and Ethics).
